The Archive Bureau:
Having offered our scanning services and online file storage initially to our MCB clients, we have opened up our services to other businesses and individual users.
The Archive Bureau provides a secure storage facility with high-level encryption and access 24 hours a day, seven days a week from anywhere with an Internet connection. It also provides a unique facility for securely sharing specific files with anyone designated by the user. 'Guest users' can be created instantly when you need reports to be viewed by experts or other third parties.
There is no need to carry files or presentation materials to meetings or other offices and you can continue work at home, simply download them via our website. The system is easy to use with no requirement for learning complicated new software: just log in, look at your files, and click on the files you would like to access or share with other users. We can upload PDFs, interactive documents or any other program files to our website, and this will not fill up your computer server’s memory. We also offer presentations regarding the features and benefits of both using our website and the interactive documents, as well as online help guides and support for website users.
